Headlines nylon filter housings are available in two versions:
An all nylon construction with matching clear nylon bowl, or with a lower cost clear polycarbonate bowl. The transparent bowls allow visual monitoring of the filter element condition.
Each housing configuration is available without a drain for particulate filtration, or with a manual twist drain for coalescing applications.
These housings are widely used in low pressure systems where plastics can be specified.
The part number structure for the two variants are as follows:
N = all nylon construction.
NC = nylon head with polycarbonate bowl.

(1) Above 200ºC the pressure rating is reduced, consult Headline Filters for the exact rating at any specific temperature.
(2) Maximum temperature 200ºC using standard seals. For temperatures up to 450ºC use a high temperature gasket.
(3) Replace ‘xx’ with grade required, e.g. 25-64-50C, SS-25-64-25, PT-25-64-03.
