Headline polypropylene filter housings are available in two versions:
An all polypropylene construction with matching polypropylene bowl, or with a lower cost polycarbonate bowl. The transparent polycarbonate bowl allows visual monitoring of the filter element condition.
Each housing configuration is available without a drain for particulate filtration, or with a manual twist drain for coalescing applications.
These housings are widely used in low pressure systems requiring low cost filters, with the good chemical resistance polypropylene provides.
The part number structure for the two variants are as follows:
P = all polypropylene construction.
PC = polypropylene head with polycarbonate bowl.

(1) Above 200ºC the pressure rating is reduced, consult Headline Filters for the exact rating at any specific temperature.
(2) Maximum temperature 200ºC using standard seals. For temperatures up to 450ºC use a high temperature gasket.
(3) Replace ‘xx’ with grade required, e.g. 25-64-50C, SS-25-64-25, PT-25-64-03.
