142P Filter Housing
142P Filter Housing
Headline PTFE housings are designed especially for use in high chemical resistance and low adsorption applications and are available in two versions:
An all PTFE construction with matching PTFE bowl, or with a Pyrex glass bowl which allows visual monitoring of the filtration process
For coalescing and particulate applications PVDF disposable filters should be specified, and sintered PTFE elements for particulate & liquid filtration. PTFE elements are recommended for liquid service with an outside to inside flow pattern so that the integral support core provides added strength and element life can be visually monitored.
The housings come standard with Viton O-rings.
The part number structure for the two variants are as follows:
P = all PTFE construction. (e.g. 120P)
This size is only available with a PTFE bowl, NOT a Pyrex.
- Viton seals are standard but others are available:
- Mounting Brackets are available
